Please include your owner number with all communication. Email is the preferred method of contact, however there will be someone at the Main Office to answer your call between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday. If we miss you, please leave a voicemail and someone will return your call as soon as possible.

• If you are needing to update your contact information, please find the Contact Information Update Form and return to us via email or traditional mail.
• If you are wishing to enroll in direct deposit, please find the ACH Enrollment Form and return to us via email or traditional mail.
• If you wish to be added to emailed monthly operating statements, please send an email to contact@bandgproduction.net and we will get you set up.
